If you already sent us this agreement or signed up for a package at opening then you do not need to do anything at this time.

We will send a confirmation email about a week before your scheduled closing. Please keep in mind that inclement weather will cause delays in our schedule. Thank you.

At closing:

* We will lower the pool & spa water level to just below the bottom of the tile line. You do not need to make any adjustments beforehand.

* Shock and algaecide are included in the pool closing.

* We will blow out all the lines, drain the equipment, and install the winter plugs and gizzmos.

* We will break down your filter and clean the grids or cartridges.

* We will install your winter cover and cover pump.



* We will inspect the equipment and discuss any service needs.

There are two winter watch visits where we will check your pool to make sure everything is in order. We will:



• Check and adjust your water level as needed
• Check your water chemistry
• Add chemicals to help with winter maintenance (chemicals not included)
• Recirculate the pool water
• Check that your pool cover is still tight and secure
• Check your equipment
