Expanded dashboard offers broader view of Florida’s behavioral health workforce

The Florida Center for Behavioral Health Workforce (FCBHW) has expanded its interactive behavioral health workforce dashboard, providing a more comprehensive view of the professionals who support behavioral health services across the state.

The updated dashboard now includes workforce data for 20 licensed or credentialed behavioral health professions, up from eight previously, with data current through 2026. In addition, supply and demand projections for licensed behavioral health providers have been extended through 2037, offering a longer-term perspective on workforce trends across Florida.

The expanded dashboard also incorporates certified behavioral health professionals, including peer recovery specialists, behavioral health technicians, addiction professionals, and registered mental health interns. By capturing a broader range of providers, the dashboard offers stakeholders deeper insight into Florida’s behavioral health workforce and the continuum of care available to communities statewide. Explore the data.
