During National Estate Planning Week, we are grateful to recognize Jim and Carolyn McGlone, who recently chose to include Lafayette Urban Ministry in their estate plan.
Carolyn’s connection to LUM goes back many years.
“As past President of the Board and a volunteer, I saw firsthand the caring staff and the benefits they give to the most vulnerable people in our community. LUM provides help in the kindest manner, always showing respect for the people they serve.”
For Jim and Carolyn, including LUM in their estate plan is a way to extend that commitment into the future and help ensure that LUM can continue to be a lifeline of help and hope for generations to come.
Your legacy can make a difference long after today. If you have already included LUM in your estate plans, we would love to hear from you. If you are considering your own legacy, we would be happy to share information about the many ways you can leave a lasting gift of hope.
