Adoption DSpace 7 and 8: Challenges and Solutions from

Real Migration Experiences Recording

On November 8th, 4Science hosted a free webinar, Adoption DSpace 7 and 8: Challenges and Solutions from Real Migration Experiences. In this webinar we talked and explored the best practices, tips and tricks that will help institutions migrate to DSpace 7 and beyond. Thanks to the experience of our team in these types of projects, we delivered a lot of crucial information. We provided a profound analysis of the complexities institutions face during the migration process. With a focus on real-world examples, we explored challenges encountered when transitioning from older DSpace versions and diverse platforms such as EPrints and Invenio. The session also offered a sneak peek into DSpace 8, anticipated to reshape the landscape of digital repositories.
