We begin by urging customers to sign up for Flex Alerts, which are voluntary calls for energy reduction distributed by the California Independent Systems Operator (CAISO). Customers can opt-in to receive Flex Alert notifications and be notified when high energy demands put the community at risk of rolling blackouts. Enrolling contributes to creating greater grid stability.
