Throughout 2026, we have celebrated the 250th anniversary of nation's founding and the many freedoms we have been given.
We are called not just to remember our nation's history but to shape its future by participating in elections.
As pro-life Americans, we believe every human being is endowed with inherent dignity and unalienable rights, including the right to life. If we want to see human lives protected at every stage, we have to take action. That's why voting is a crucial building block for a culture of life.
At present, many innocent human lives are at risk here in Maryland.
Unborn babies and their mothers are threatened by Maryland's current policies allowing abortions for any reason throughout pregnancy, even right until birth.
Babies who miraculously survive abortions and are born alive are at risk of being denied proper medical care and left for dead by abortionists.
Elder persons, people living with disabilities, people with chronic illnesses, and others could be faced with the dangers of assisted suicide and other forms of euthanasia. (Proponents of assisted suicide are hoping to make gains in the 2026 elections in order to make another push for legalization in Maryland.)
