Each week we OFFER a rotating weekly heat-n-serve family kit that feature some of our fantastic home made comfort foods (i.e. Sliders, Burgers, Breakfast Burritos, Biscuits and Gravy, Mac-n-cheese, Meatloaf, ribs, wings, and more). They are great for families of 4+ or couples who want to portion and utilize for a couple of meals. They are fully cooked and require re-heating at home before serving.
Every week we will post/email a new menu. Email us your order (troy@thebuffalogap.com) by 5pm Tuesday, we'll confirm your order, and have it ready for pickup on Friday between 4:30pm- 6:30pm.

BUFFALO WING KIT
Each family pack serves approximately 4+ppl. Fully cooked, proteins packed separately
and require re-heating at home before serving.

INCLUDES ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
GapDaddy Buffalo Wings (5lbs) – 5lbs of buffalo wings served with three different sauces (GapDaddy original, Garlic Parmesan, and Sweet/Hot Habanero Plum) as well as Blue Cheese dipping sauce and celery. Simply heat in oven or air fryer to internal temperature of 165F then toss in a skillet with sauce.
Jo Jo Potatoes – Hand cut russet potato wedges seasoned and fried to golden brown. Served with our house made ranch. Reheat in oven or air fryer to an internal temperature of 165F
Cavatappi Mac-N-Cheese – Our corkscrew pasta baked with two different types of cheese and a touch of onions and garlic then finished with even more cheese. Re-heat to 165 degrees either in the oven or portion into a microwave safe container. If it gets a little thick during the reheat process, try adding a touch of milk and stir.
Crunchy Pea Salad – A fresh and creamy salad with peas, pepper bacon, celery, cauliflower, cashews, ranch seasoning, and green onions.
No substitutions or modifiers. Many of the ingredients will be packed separate to maintain freshness. If you have an allergy please notify us when you order so we can let you know if we can accommodate.
