Bio: With 24 years of progressive IT experience in hands-on roles as an IT Specialist, IT Manager, and IT Director in both US SMBs as well as larger global companies, MP has developed a broad skillset in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Information Security, Networking, Service Desk, Team Leadership / Management, as well as other areas. Experienced in Microsoft environments, but always open to learning new systems.
Overview:
· IT Team Leadership: ‘Servant-leader’ / ‘Player-coach’ style focused on optimizing team performance and morale by removing obstacles, optimizing workflows, mentoring / providing high level support, while also being directly involved and performing tasks.
· Cross-Functional Leadership: Experienced forming and leading cross-functional teams (i.e. IT, Dev, DBA, Finance, Customer Service, C-suite stakeholders, and others). Ensures communication with all stakeholders and that their needs are met before and after changes are made.
