Cook-Out weekend looks like it might be a Cook-In Weekend
1/2 Rack of Slow Roasted Honey & Chipotle Pepper Glazed Pork Ribs!
with a Stew of Local Collard Greens & Borlotti Beans (the most hearty and creamy of all the beans).
This will be coming at you fully cooked, Reheat at Home!

Also on the Take-Out menu.. we got a surprise delivery from Wishingstone Farm of their first of the season Strawberries!!
Matt has taken those delightful unexpected gems, and macerated them with Roof Top Garden Mint and Chamomile, serving them with Strawberry Mousse, Chamomile Pudding and a Genoise Spice Cake. Yum!

Cocktails and wine... we have you covered! Standing at the ready we are should you be in need of libations. Also back in the repertoire, until they are gone, are those beers that make everybody swoon from The Alchemist Brewery in Stowe Vermont.. yes the Heady Topper and also on hand we have their Focal Banger! Available for take out ONLINE!

We are here of course should you want to venture out and try your luck with the outdoor patio dining! I have seen you in your hearty state (much like that bean mentioned above) and will forever marvel
at your stamina and joyful positive attitude!
We have heaters and blankets but know
that the rain tends to make for soggy cheer.
