We are excited to share with you that the results from today's business meeting are in and Luke Harding has been approved as your new NextGen Pastor.
The results were nearly 99% in favor of this decision.
In this role, Luke will oversee all family and age-graded ministries, providing strategy and vision for the congregation.
Last weekend, Pastor Luke shared his vision for the future of NextGen at Ridgecrest. The message was followed by a Q & A with Pastor Jeremy. If you missed it, you can find that video here.
We wish to say thank you to the NextGen search committee for your care and service over this process. We appreciate you!
In the weeks ahead, we will share more about what this means for Ridgecrest. We are excited to see how God will use the NextGen Department to reach our neighbors and the nations.
Thank you,
RBC Staff
