Reselling Voice_ What You Dont Know Could Cost You. (2)

Your provider agreement decides how long you get paid for the customers you sold.

As a technology advisor, you built your book of business and the commissions that come with it. Your provider or TSD agreement determines whether you’ll get paid and for how long. Four provisions typically decide it:

    • Evergreen. Will you get paid for as long as the customer stays?
    • Termination. Do your residuals survive if the provider terminates the agreement?
    • Change of control.  What happens if the provider is acquired or assigns the agreement?
    • Commission changes. Can the provider reduce your rate or reclassify your revenue without your consent?

Bronston Legal has spent decades representing technology advisors, agents, and TSDs. We know the Channel, understand the pain points, and help partners negotiate terms that protect their hard-earned commissions.

Before you sign your next agreement, let us review it.
