We are moving to Crosstown Concourse!

We are excited to announce that this fall, the Community Foundation will begin a complete renovation of our home for the past 27 years, 1900 Union Avenue. This renovation will allow us to upgrade and expand both our office and community spaces. We have been working with archimania and Grinder Taber Grinder for the past two years to make sure that the renovation best serves our mission to strengthen our community through philanthropy, and we are excited about how we will be able to use this future space to best serve our donors and neighbors.

We estimate that the renovation will take between 18 months and two years, and due to the complexity of the work, we will temporarily relocate to Crosstown Concourse during construction.

When are you moving?

Our office will be officially closed to visitors September 9 – September 20. We will take that time to physically transition into the new space. But don’t worry, our staff will still be available those weeks Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm (4pm on Friday) via email and phone.

I need to make a grant in September. Will that be affected?

Yes. Although we usually distribute grants twice a month, we will only be sending out grants once in September, on September 30. However, you are still welcome to submit your requests at any time via the DonorView portal.

We will continue to receive and prepare those requests all month long for distribution at the end of the month.

If you don’t have access to DonorView, email Donor Grants Manager Kristen Ball (pictured) or call her at (901) 722-0012 and she will get you set up.

Please note: do not mail or fax in your requests in September. It will further delay processing.

I want to contribute to my fund in September. Will that be affected?

No! If you are providing gifts of securities, you can work through your professional advisors as you normally do to transfer those assets.

If you want to send cash, you can either add funds through the DonorView portal or you may mail a check to our secure lockbox. Please note: do NOT send any checks to the Crosstown Concourse address. This will delay processing. As a reminder, our lockbox address is:
