We have updated our Buyer & Seller Disclosure forms to reflect our new title company partnership with Foxtrot Abstract. Also, the Broker Fee section has been eliminated.

If you have templates set up in zipForms or DocuSign, please replace the old forms with the new ones (above). You can also find the new forms in the reference section of Paperless Pipeline.

To clarify:

The $295 Broker Fee still applies
The decision to remove the Broker Fee section was made for various reasons after careful consideration & agent input

We understand you may have questions as to why, and concerns on how to navigate the change, so we will host a brief Q & A session via Zoom on Wednesday, March 5^th at 7:00 pm. It will not be recorded.
