A PERSONAL NOTE
Hi,
~Readings now available on Zoom, recorded~
* * *
This month’s Note will be very personal! It’s about my first past life regression, and validation of it after 50 years!
| | |
This photo shows the ancient Egyptian Temple of Karnak and its promenade. Notice the daylight behind the window on the right, next to the alleyway. In all previously posted views over the years, I saw only the four window cutouts but did not know if the façade was simply a flat wall or if it had depth. This photo clearly shows it has depth inside. It shows a room. This is key because now I can describe how this confirms my regression.
It was the mid-70s. A group of students were gathered in our teacher’s home in New Jersey, taking weekly metaphysical lessons. This session was to be an exploration of past life regression, which I’d never done. We were told to close our eyes, meditate, and visualize a calendar flipping its pages backwards through time, like the old movies used to show. After a minute or so of this, I found myself looking down at my hairy legs in sandals! Slowly my viewpoint rose upwards to realize myself as a male in a linen skirt. Plain, humble guy, no ego, not young, either middle-aged or a little older. I was in a small room with thick walls and two windows, one to the side with hot sunshine coming through, the other ahead, overlooking a colonnade of lion statues. People were gathered out there, looking upward, expectant. There was a plain table to the side of the small room, upon which were symbolic items similar to the four elements of the Tarot (representing material life). Soon, I picked up a round mask on a stick, almost like a Ping-Pong racket, and stood at the front window with the mask in front of my face. Realization hit! This part was also symbolic, not actual, indicating that I was a priest of the era, playing a role as the mystic leader, authentic in my job but not deceived by its trappings.
And there you have it! That little bit of daylight in the window’s rear wall proves that there’s a room up there. And I know I was once in it.
Any thoughts?
BTW, we are coming out of the Kali Yuga (darkest Age), and being bombarded by the ugly stuff that’s has been buried and hidden. This is a transition to a brighter era, but it’s hard to look at what’s being brought to light. Just keep processing and transmuting it all, because otherwise you’ll just stay stuck in the Kali. Transparency is important. Stay high. Stay connected to your Divine Self. It will all come out in the wash.

Blessings to all.

ASTRO TIDBITS - MAY ’26
The World sees an emphasis on resourceful talks and information in Week 1, with a possible wrap-up of negotiations regarding money matters (Uranus semi-sextile Mercury; Pluto stations retrograde square Mercury exact; Full Moon in Scorpio opposite Mercury exact). Further discussions regarding economic security occur mid-month, while technological genius is burgeoning (New Moon in Taurus conjunct Mercury; Mercury conjunct Uranus). Over-idealism in Week 3 is ruined by aggression and violence in Week 4 (Venus square Neptune; Mars square Pluto).
The U.S. is militarily bold and fortunate in Week 1, with serious goals for stability (U.S. p2 Moon/Mars sextile its Mars; Saturn sextile U.S. p2 MC). Peace is possible although financial games are being played (Pluto station retrograde trine U.S. p2 PF in Libra, with Jupiter quinqunx). Week 2 brings a mixture: positive opportunities offer a new world role, with success and expansion (Uranus trine U.S. MC; Jupiter trine U.S. p2 Sun), but over-emotionalism and violence mar things (Jupiter square U.S. p2 Moon; Mars square U.S. Pluto). Month’s end indicates results despite setbacks, along with high idealism (Mars sextile U.S. Venus, opposite U.S. p2 Saturn; Jupiter sextile U.S. Neptune). High energy and confidence are evident, and there is an affirmation of core beliefs (Mars sextile U.S. Jupiter; New "Blue" Moon in Sagittarius conjunct U.S. p2 IC/ASC).
President Trump is inventive, aware, and pushy in Week 1(Mars sextile his Uranus, opposite his Jupiter; Pluto stations retrograde his Neptune exact). Week 2 finds him busy, sometimes frustrated, but reevaluating secret matters (active Mars; Saturn trine his Pluto in H12). Week 3 indicates strength, practical idealism, and a battle for his economic agenda (Mars trine his ASC; Neptune/Saturn trine his p2 Saturn; New Moon in Taurus conjunct his MC, square his Mars). Month’s end brings triumph and a helpful slowdown (Mars trine his p2 Sun; Jupiter conjunct his Saturn).
Senate Republican Leader John Thune (1/7/61, time unknown, Pierre, SD) is under extreme pressure to resign his role (Pluto station retrograde opposite his Mars exact) but will probably remain (his p2 Mars sextile his p2 Pluto).

Book Review: “Supernatural: Meetings with the Ancient Teachers of Mankind” by Graham Hancock (The Disinformation Company, LTD., 2006)
From cave paintings to fairies to UFOs, Hancock explores the realm of oddities and finds common ground with a grand theory that ties together much that is inexplicable or otherwise beyond the norm.
The subtitle is somewhat misleading because only parts of the book deal with indigenous shamans or ancient Egyptian priests, i.e., “ancient teachers”. Quite a lot of it addresses medieval elves, trolls, fairies and their like, or modern UFO abductions, or psychoactive “trips” with LSD or psylocibin. The common thread of all these seems to be hallucinatory experiences versus an invisible parallel realm that opens to the psyche through various “doorways”.
First, in bucking the traditional interpretations of weird repetitive figures amongst the more realistic portrayals of animals and people in Paleolithic cave drawings, Hancock theorizes that they are the result of ancient man discovering and using psychoactive plants. In the Amazon and elsewhere, he takes ayahuasca, and later in modern setting, cops a street hit of straight DMT to immerse himself in the hallucinatory experience, whereby he encounters hybrid figures (“therianthropes”, also seen in ancient Egyptian religion and in Mayan culture), geometric patterns, and the strange pierced “wounded men” that proliferate in distant regions and over chronological time periods. His understanding of these patterns is that the drug(s) induces the inner experience that is then recorded in art.
Next, the author tackles the supernatural reports from the Middle Ages of fairies, fairy (mushroom) circles, fairy dances, changelings (baby swappings), elves, gnomes, demons, and the like. He points out the similarities to the drug trips of the ancients and the indigenous peoples, and mentions the prevalence of the psychoactive fungus called Ergot in these areas. Have these users gone to the same realm? Even the god-figures of ancient Egypt could have had their origin sprout from the local black lotus, often depicted in tomb art.
Finally, Hancock wrestles with modern reports of UFO abductions, often telling of human females asked to breastfeed or nurture pale hybrid babies on spacecraft, or victims encountering frightening non-human beings of semi-mechanical nature. All these similar results seem to point to a non-local quantum dimension that is entered via a drug portal but may exist apart from the brain.
A big question arises: is it all just hallucination, or is the user taken to another (real) realm that resides encoded in our DNA? And if so, what would the evolutionary purpose of that be?
This is a thick sprawling book, bringing up some very interesting hypotheses. But most of the odd hallucinatory experiences require frightening and painful episodes, even if these are on an immaterial plane. It begs the question: are "trips" that involve physical nausea, psychic pain, or emotional fear, while rampant in human history, really worth it? Steeped as I am in Eastern philosophy (an entire area of supernatural experience that Hancock ignores), wherein one can achieve high wisdom and transcendent levels merely via intensive painless meditation, I resist the thought of subjecting oneself to such hideous travails merely to gain (healing) powers or reach the Beyond. I’ll talk more of this in a future book review. – 4.5 stars.

~ Letters to the Editor ~
Your feedback is welcome

“Dear Judi, I really enjoyed your personal note in this month's newsletter. I relate so much to your own experience since I, too, never got covid and refused to get vaxxed. My former doctor was always amazed and said I was among a small group of people who seem to have a natural immunity to the virus. As you would say, 'Immunity or Belief' in the truth that the body heals itself and always works towards perfect health.
Your book review on HPB's 'The Voice of the Silence' was very welcome. Her collected writings in The Secret Doctrine volumes were one of my first esoteric readings.
April's channeled message comes straight to the point of the matter: that the collective Consciousness has to learn to keep on the middle path as much as possible. Neither one extreme nor the other, but always steer towards the middle way. After all, the so-called good guy is looked upon as the so-called bad guy from the opposite point of view, and vice versa. Not to imply that there are dark souls with dark agendas looming around, but we are all at different levels of evolvement - good and bad, so-called - and isn't that part of humanity's lesson on this Earth plane... to learn how to balance opposites and walk the middle Path?
Thank you, as always, for your ongoing contribution to humanity during this period of profound transformation, where high-stakes pressure acts as a catalyst for creative, ground-breaking solutions. We seem to be going through a 'Pivot or Perish' Era -- let's hope we pivot in the right direction. With Love and Good Will,” - Tanya

Please give a message, a practical one if possible, for the May 2026 newsletter for my readers.
SHIFTING BACK
We see that all is not well on Planet Earth. This is the outcome of many years of disharmony and lower vibrations. People are paying the price in terms of physical health and mental well-being.
It has gotten to this extreme because there has been a disconnect between humanity and the higher realms, often called God or spirituality, and this has allowed the lower vibrations of material desires of greed, lust, domination, and so forth to become entrenched.
We are sad to see the state of the world in this condition but there is also good news. When the pendulum has swung too far in any direction it must of its own accord start swinging backwards to repel the extreme. This is now the situation that is happening, which means that the vibration is changing. Such a change takes place when consciousness wakes up to its plight.
Consciousness, that is to say, the One Mind or collective awareness of the planetary beings who inhabit the earth - which would include the animal, plant, and mineral kingdoms - senses that gears must be shifted and goals must change. Such a global shift begins with people's yearning for salvation or redemption or connection. If it feels bad, what, one asks, can help or guide or make things better?
The answer of course will not be external but internal. If things feel bad, the seeker delves within, yearns, pleads, prays, and ultimately sees a bit or a hint of light. This light can be as simple as meditating; this light can be as grand as new technology; this light can be a mentor or elder that appears in the individual's life to point out a new and different path.
If this happens frequently to many, it heralds a change or a shift in the energy and in the direction it wants to go. The energy wants to come out of the depths of the doldrums and into something healthier and more serene. Whether you can see it or not, and whether you are participating or not, this is happening at the very moment we speak, and ongoing and continuing. It is energy seeking its better path and taking each and every one along towards it.
We thank you. We are complete and we withdraw.
