UE Steps Up Organizing Drive Among RR Crew Van Drivers at PTI

The United Electrical Workers (UE) have stepped up their efforts to organize thousands of crew van drivers at various companies across the country. The union has been organizing among crew van drivers for the last 15 years or so, and has achieved a lot of success. Now the union is making a full court press to sign up thousands of drivers at PTI, and win a real union contract for better wages, benefits, and working conditions for all crew van drivers. What's good for the crew van drivers is good for the trainmen and engineers too!

How You Can Help!

• If you are a crew van driver, make contact with a UE organizer at your earliest convenience. Join the Union! 949-303-9055 manny.stewart@ueunion.org

• If you are a rail worker (especially those working in Train & Engine service and have contact with crew van drivers, spread the word)

• Hand out copies of the PTI Drivers United Newsletter - Rail-Crew Drivers United Official Newsletter - to crew van drivers and urge them to consider joining the union.

• Contact a UE organizer for paper copies of the newsletter if you are not able to print them out (see above).
