September Chronicle 2025

Dear Neighbor,

As the leaves begin to turn and the air gets a little crisper, I can’t help but think about how closely the change of seasons mirrors the rhythms of our community. Each season brings its own challenges and its own gifts—just like the work we do together in public health.

At Good Neighbor Health Clinic, we know that caring for one another goes beyond doctor’s visits and prescriptions. It’s about neighbors showing up for neighbors, making sure no one is left behind, and creating a community where everyone has a chance to be healthy and thrive. Fall is a time of gathering and reflection, and it feels like the right moment to pause and appreciate the strength we find in one another.

P.S. We look forward to sharing our Annual Impact Report with you next month! Your support makes all of our accomplishments - from the number of patients we serve to the services we provide - possible. Thank you for your continued support and belief in a stronger, healthier Upper Valley.

With gratitude,

Elizabeth R. Franson, MHA

Executive Director
