Tuesday, February 25, 7:30 - 8:30 pm.
This call is to talk about Pat Elder's California 2020 Tour, March 7- 22, and what you can do to help us make these series of local speaking events and two Forums wildly successful.
WILPF and Earth Democracy are asking...
What's In Your Water?"
We are telling the other half of the story by exposing the Pentagon as the hidden polluter of water.
As you know, Pat is an investigative journalist with
civilianexposure.org
, and he's working with WILPF on this Tour. Pat will visit 20 California cities and military bases. Additionally, we are hosting two Bay Area Forums, March 21 in Berkeley and March 22 -- World Water Day -- in San Francisco.
In Berkeley, the Forum is cosponsored by the Berkeley Fellowship of Unitarian Universalists Social Justice Committee. Both forums are sponsored by civilianexposure.org, CODEPINK, WorldBEYONDWar, and Veterans For Peace.

Here's What You Can Do
- Help Earth Democracy and WILPF build the movement to "Expose the Pentagon." To spread this important information, we want a full house at each city on this tour and at the two Forums. The March 22 Forum is on World Water Day -- the theme this year is climate and water.
- Please attend -- and invite friends who are interested in clean water issues, including those outside of WILPF. Let's expand awareness of these health threats!
- Use the generic color or black and white flyer. Just print out and fill in the information for the local event near you that you can find here.
- Consider wearing a WILPF button or sash at our event, so other members can find you. Order buttons and sashes now! Catch up with WILPF friends and make new ones.
- Keep an eye on the Earth Democracy home page to find out more about the topic and organizing materials and, in particular, flyers for the two Forums that you can post at various popular venues.
Your local or nearby Branch looks forward to seeing you at one of Pat's talks and I look forward to meeting you at one of the Forums either in Berkeley, March 21, or San Francisco, March 22.
