We hope you are enjoying the beautiful Michigan summer, and gearing up for the fall Progressive Metro Boat Show that will be here before we know it! Please see important reminders below and remember to log in to your Boat Show Manager account and make sure you have all Green lights on form submissions.

• MBIA Order Forms are Due August 14 - including badges, product information and insurance certificate. Submit all via Boat Show Manager.

• Last Payment is Due August 1, 2026

• Tents - Do you need to rent a tent? Our current contractor only takes "bulk" orders, so if you'd like to rent a tent you can do so through our MBIA order. Orders are not guaranteed as stock is limited, please submit your request for a tent to Bethany ASAP if you have not done so already.
• No tent spikes are permitted within 4’ of the marked power lines for Metroparks. All new electrical lines have been installed this year, so they may be located in new areas.

• Review the Exhibitor Manual - This important resource is full of details for orders, contractors, rules and regulations and more! Click here to view.

• Insurance - Insurance is required for Exhibitors at the show with additional insured (see Rules). Temporary Insurance is available, if needed, from Rainprotection insurance, starting at $159. Click here to learn more.

• See your space - The nature of the outdoor venue at the Lake St. Clair Metropark, means things can change in your space from year to year. if you'd like to walk your space in advance of the show at the park with Bethany, please reach out by calling 734.261.0123, ext. 2 or email bsly@mbia.org.

• Move In - Move in will begin on Monday, September 14 at 9 a.m. In-water Slips and Bulk Land Space will move in on Monday and Tuesday. All booths will move in Wednesday and Thursday (before noon - show opens at 1 p.m. on Thursday).
• Please note, the letter that was mailed last week with tickets has a typo in the move-in section. We apologize for any confusion.

• Rate: $144.00 + tax

• Free Tickets - MBIA has mailed 10 free tickets to each exhibitor the week of July 14th. Your discounted promo code will be emailed out by mid-August if you wish to order more than the 10 provided. This code can be used to purchase tickets through our ticketing site, TIXR. More information to follow.

• Promote the Show - We need your help to assure another successful show this September. Spread the word! Tiki bars, live music, lawn games, kids crafts, food trucks, and more make this event fun for the whole family!
