Advanced Leadership 2024!

Take Your Leadership Experience To The Next Level!

One of the programs that many of our volunteer leaders are most proud of, and one that garners us regional recognition is our Advanced Leadership Program.

The program starts on March 15, 2024 and runs for eight Fridays. It has been compared to a mini-MBA program offering insights into team building, emotional intelligence, assessment and planning, positive communication, positive change, decision-making, innovation and critical thinking, and financial acumen and planning.

We work with Keiser University to provide this low cost, high quality education, which provides participants with actionable outcomes that invigorate owners and managers. Yes, you are getting college professors, many with both academic and private practice real-world credentials.

We also provide a networking lunch following each session to allow participants to debrief and share additional ideas. These groups also provide future resources as participants enjoy networking and exchanging ideas. So far, we have a diverse group of representatives from the technology industry, financial industry, retail industry, and services industry.

In this classroom setting, we allow up to twenty students in order provide an extraordinary quality learning environment, and extremely communicative interactions. If you have key employees that could benefit from a mini-MBA then sign them up! If you need something to help you re-visit your business knowledge, then sign up now!
