Sea Pines CSA Board of Director Election Information |

This year, Sea Pines CSA has selected Vote-now.com LLC as our 3rd Party Independent Elections Administrator. Unique voting codes have been assigned by Vote-now.com LLC and eligible Class “A” members have the opportunity to cast their votes either online or by completing a mailed paper ballot. Ballots must be received by 11:59 PM EST, December 1, 2021, to be counted. Only one form of voting (either online or by mail) will be counted.
VOTE ONLINE: Voting invitation emails were sent Monday, November 1, 2021, to the primary email on file with Sea Pines CSA from the email address elections@vote-now.com. Please be sure to check your junk and spam folders for this email invite.
VOTE BY MAIL: Ballots were mailed to the primary notice of mailing address on file with Sea Pines CSA on Monday, November 1, 2021, to each residential property in good standing with CSA as of October 1st, 2021, date of record.

Storm Cleanup Around The Community In Progress
Earlier this week, Sea Pines CSA teams worked throughout the community to facilitate storm cleanup efforts following inclement weather. Crews will continue clean-up through the end of this week.

Important Reminders:
- Vegetative Storm Debris should be stacked at designated Sea Pines CSA roadside debris pickup sites. If the debris site is full, do not block roads, driveways, or create traffic visibility hazards.

DO NOT pile any storm debris in roadside ditches, block the pipe ends with debris in ditches, or stack on catch basins/inlets. Clear drainage ditches and catch basins play an important role in stormwater management and can help prevent road flooding in our community.
- Due to the large amount of debris generated from the storm, Sea Pines CSA neighborhood debris piles pick-up will be on a delayed schedule.

Commercial landscapers are NOT permitted to dump landscaping debris in the neighborhood drop sites or roadside within Sea Pines. Landscape companies are directed to transport debris to the Debris Recycling Facility. Please note: This facility does not have the ability to process material in a diameter of 6 inches and above.

North Sea Pines Drive Phase 2: Major Roadway Reconstruction In Progress
Major stormwater drain pipe excavation and replacements are in progress in the areas along and across the roadway of North Sea Pines Drive between Red Cardinal Road to Spotted Sandpiper Road and the adjacent leisure trail.
PROJECT REMINDERS:
- TEMPORARY FULL LANE CLOSURES IN PROJECT ZONE ARE EXPECTED. UTILIZE GREENWOOD DRIVE GATE TO AVOID HEAVY TRAFFIC DELAYS.

The leisure trail along North Sea Pines Drive from The Sea Pines Beach Club to Lawton Drive is closed to bike and pedestrian traffic. Please refer to the Leisure Trail detour map here for more information.
- The Beachwalks located at #39 & #40 are not currently accessible from North Sea Pines Drive due to this project.

Stormwater Repairs on Club Course Drive
Stormwater repairs will be taking place on Club Course Drive in proximity to #66 and #68 Club Course Drive the week of November 15th, weather permitting. Flag persons will be present to control traffic during single-lane closures in the designated work zone.
Biannual Flower Bed Rotation
The biannual flower change out of Sea Pines CSA maintained landscape beds will begin the week of November 15th, weather permitting. Flowers that have been removed from the beds will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, to Sea Pines Property Owners.
Flowers will be placed at Trolley Lot #1, located off of Greenwood Drive and will be available for pick up beginning late Monday- early Tuesday of next week, weather permitting. Landscaper and bulk pick-up of the flowers is not permitted.

Beachwalk #12 Temporarily Closed For Repairs Due to Beach Erosion
Recent king tides caused significant beach erosion near mile marker #12. Beachwalk #12 will be closed for the remainder of the week for repairs.

- Closing at Noon on Wednesday, November 24th
- Closed: Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th

2022 Sea Pines Forest Preserve Calendars Now Available |
|
The 2022 Sea Pines Forest Preserve calendars are now available at the Sea Pines CSA Administration building located at 175 Greenwood Drive. This year's calendar comes in a larger 11" x 4.5" size. The cost is $10.00 and may be paid for by cash or check only. Please make checks out to “Sea Pines Forest Preserve Foundation”.
Please note if you contributed $75 or more toward the Forest Preserve annual drive you will receive the 2022 Calendar in the mail. Click here to learn more about The Sea Pines Forest Preserve.
