Interested in Tournament Play?

Where numbers and player availability allow, NSC may form tournament teams from these programs to compete during the weekend before Thanksgiving, November 20–22.

We are working on a relatively short timeline to determine and register tournament teams, so players who are interested in tournament participation should be sure to select the tournament option during registration. This will help our staff assess interest and form teams as quickly as possible.

How the Initial Registration Window Works

Sometimes due to popularity in certain age groups and our limited capacity, we run an initial registration window, during which any player registered has a chance of acceptance into the program. For any group that is oversubscribed, we run a “lottery” style draw to determine which players are accepted into the program. Registrations received by September 30 will be initially considered for acceptance.

Players who were waitlisted for Session 1 will receive priority consideration if they register by September 30. Those families have already received a separate email. Priority consideration does not guarantee acceptance if demand exceeds the number of available spaces.

After the initial acceptances, any remaining spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
