It has been over 59 years since we last held the Annual Institute in Salt Lake City and times have changed. The city is abuzz with restaurants, bars, family activities, and energy! Chaired by Jana Grauberger, the 69th Annual Institute will feature over 60 speakers from private practice, academia, government, industry, associations, and other organizations. After opening with a general session on Thursday morning, the institute will offer attendees choices among separate sessions focusing on oil and gas and landman’s issues, mining law, public lands and Indian law, water law, environmental law, international resources issues, and renewable energy and electricity.
In addition, for in-house counsel, the institute includes a separate session on corporate counsel legal issues and a complimentary networking reception just for in-house counsel, other company employees, and their families!
Registration includes our huge sponsored reception for registrants and families on Thursday, and registrants may choose to register for a number of specialized lunches and receptions.
