Compliance Forum

Do you have questions about compliance issues you would like to discuss with the Compliance Committee? Join members of the Compliance Committee for an informal chat in the Raleigh Room at 4pm on Tuesday, November 17th to help address your concerns.

Pet Peeves

Please keep in mind that pet waste stations are intended for pet waste collected while walking your pets throughout the community only. Please do not dispose of household trash, general garbage, or pet waste collected from your personal yard in these bins. Pet waste from your yard should be disposed of in your household trash bin. Improper use of these stations causes the bins to fill up quickly, resulting in overflow and unpleasant conditions throughout the community.

Myatt, our landscaping vendor, services the pet waste stations weekly. To help prevent overflow, our on-site maintenance team will also empty the bins in high-traffic areas once a week, between Myatt's regularly scheduled service visits.

Grass Clippings Cleanup

When tending to your lawn, please remember to take that final step and remove grass clippings that may have spilled onto common walkways and sidewalks as a result of your own yard maintenance.

If you are looking for a way to get involved with your neighbors and also be a part of a really fun event, we would love to have you assist with FestiFALLS, our Fall Festival on Saturday, November 7th!

For this event, we are enthusiastically seeking help with:

  • managing/keeping an eye on the kids' craft station (can be in shifts or the full event time from 12-3pm)
  • facilitating the Cornhole Challenge (can be in shifts or the full event time from 12-3pm)

If any of those activities sound like a fit for you and yours, please contact Amy, your Lifestyle Director, at 919.374.7282 xt 30, or via the link below. No experience is needed, just a willingness to help!

  • Proteins: Canned tuna, salmon, chicken, peanut butter, and beans.
  • Canned Goods: Hearty soups, stews, vegetables, and fruits.
  • Grains: Macaroni & cheese, whole-grain pasta, rice, and cereal.
  • Kid-Friendly Snacks: Fruit cups, granola bars, and juice boxes.
  • (Note: Please ensure no items are expired, opened, or in glass containers)

Let's work together to set out to fight hunger in our local and neighboring communities. Thank you so much for your generosity!

Our friends at Craftwork, a local painting company and a Gold Sponsor of our Trick or Trot 5K last week, are offering Wendell Falls residents an exclusive 13% off interior, exterior, and cabinet painting through November 15.

Why neighbors love them:

  • Full-time painting crew, so you know who's caring for your home.
  • Regular project updates, so you're never project managing or left wondering.
  • Trust. Over 1 in 3 customers hire them again.
