The
Will McClean Foundation has stepped up to the plate to take over the ranch. The park, as you know it, will likely be about the same.
Without rolling you through a mountain of details and daily wonder, We now have a contract from Will McClean Facilities LLC to keep the fest at the ranch... YAY! But there is s small hangnail:
The "paper trail" transfer of the current facilities to the Will McClean Foundation is not complete, but is expected to be soon. Because of the slim possibility the transfer does not happen prior to OCT 31, our contract with WMF Facilities is null and void. UGH!
I suppose we could look at it like a rain out... but we can at least move on with great hope. Should this small chance of a cancellation happen,...all tickets will be refunded in full, but for now it is GAME ON!
The music business is always a risk....we live in it. If no one ever took risks... Michelangelo would have painted the Sistine Floor...Thanks for hangin in there!
