Dear Boys & Girls Clubs of Warwick Families,
Safety remains our top priority at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Warwick, and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to keep our Club kids, staff, and volunteers healthy. As the world is changing, so are the ways we’re able to best do this.
Given the state’s regulations, our traditional drop-in program will not be allowed this fall because it would result in the interaction of inconsistent groups of children.
This means that the drop-in programs at the Club at Cooper, as well as the Open Door After School Program at Oakland Beach and Norwood, will be suspended through January 2021 at which point programming will be reassessed. Again, this is because of the state’s safety guidelines.
We’re excited to announce that full-day child care will be available at our Norwood and Oakland Beach locations. We’ll be in touch with more information on how to reserve your child’s spot.
As soon as we can resume full operations safely, we anticipate doing just that. In the meantime, we’ll continue taking all available precautions to keep our Club kids safe and healthy.
