CICP member EC Electric reports a major theft from their project site at NW Skyline in Portland.
The theft included a Toro skid steer and three pallets of engineered flooring.

Value: $16,000-18,000 replacement value
What: 5,000 sf of White Oak engineered flooring (three new pallets)
Value: $10,000
