His Retirement After 25 Years!

On August 13, Mary King, Unit Clerk at our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, received the LeadingAge New York Employee of Distinction Award! This statewide recognition honors her more than four decades of dedicated service to the organization and the residents she supports. Mary started in 1983 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. On August 27, Outpatient Therapy Clinic Director Lauren Grawe, PT, DPT provided hands-on education to members of the Sacred Heart Home team on safe techniques for assisting residents throughout their daily activities. The training focused on bed mobility, transfers, ambulation, and bus safety to help residents move safely and confidently. We love opportunities to collaborate across the Wellness Campus to promote safety, independence and quality of life for our residents!
