Vickie Wallace from UCONN will present "After The Drought, Now What?…. Fall Turf Care Practices" In this talk, Vickie Wallace will discuss using an assessment-based approach to rejuvenating drought-stressed problem turf areas. The summer of 2022 challenged turfgrass managers with its lack of precipitation and seasonal temperatures. Vickie will cover the importance of scouting and keeping assessment records to catalog lawn and landscape program effectiveness. Vickie will also discuss best management practices for setting up lawns and landscapes for winter and the spring of 2023.

A catered buffet dinner by Scotch Plains Tavern's chefs is included in the registration fee.
