Fundraiser Flight

A NON-PROFIT EMPOWERMENT PODCAST SERIES

Led by Jim Eskin, Fundraising Trainer/Consultant

One of the most pressing dilemmas facing the non-profit sector is the nonstop turnover of high performing development professionals. Organizations are lucky to retain good people for 18 to 24 months. It is time consuming and costly to replace them and erodes the precious asset of "trust capital." Rhanda Luna, Founder, ART for Nonprofits: Advance, Revive, Thrive., has a proven track record as a fundraising practitioner with two decades of experience building and scaling philanthropic revenue programs for mission-driven organizations. For this episode, she was specifically selected for her ongoing doctoral work pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Adler University, where her research centers on trauma-informed leadership, organizational well-being, and the experiences of women leaders in the non-profit sector. Women comprise approximately 70% of the fundraising profession, making this an especially timely and important conversation. Let's hear her thinking on this timely challenge.
