Good Morning!

It's Monday, and we are coming to the end of October, the end of the first month in 4th quarter. How has your year been? I have been able to get a lot accomplished over the last few weeks.I am looking forward to a productive and prosperous 2025. The plan is written. The goals have been established. Most importantly the prayers are being lifted up. I am walking out processes for my 2025 to kick off strong. I am solidifying workshop dates and venues for events in 2025. I am removing those people, places, and things which were not beneficial up to this point in 2024.

Most small businesses saw various changes to their business activity this year, you had a few months of smooth sailing, a few months of dipping low as you could go, and a few months of the high tide where you were able to see clearly above water and this was a welcome relief after the challenges dealt us from the economic recession.

Consumer spending remained high through the first half of the year and summer travel picked up but as we move in this fourth quarter we have to really think out-of-the-box! In industries like my own MUST use out-of-the-box concepts and I hustle the networking scene even more strategically to build from a different angle. I've come to value as well as increase my B2B (business to business) relationships for growth potential, expert knowledge and diversity, and increased inspiration to keep striving. I'VE CHANGED MY CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE AND BUSINESS.

No matter what, small businesses in America are still facing a variety of obstacles on a daily basis, many of which are outside of what you can control. Meanwhile, consumers are facing their own challenges, rewriting everything from where and how they communicate to when they shop or don't shop. Check out the article below for some tips to attract customers during the holiday season which can be the slowest season for some industries, especially the food service and restaurant industries.

What Are Fiscal Quarters? How are you recording your business income?

The third quarter (Q3) of a business year is the three-month period that runs from July 1 to September 30. Public businesses have two accounting periods, fiscal years and fiscal quarters, that usually differ from the calendar’s year and quarters. The earnings of different industries vary during different times of the year, often seasonally, which is why they use fiscal calendars.

Learning how this concept works can help you improve your financial knowledge and advance in your career. How has your year been? Check out this very informative and important article; What Are Fiscal Quarters? How They Work and Benefits

We've Changed - Not Our Name But Our Game!

BrandB Business & Financial Consulting

Bra

Everybody is talking about business credit and giving those of us who are serious consultants a bad reputation!! So WE CHANGED OUR GAME! It's ok and sometimes necessary to PIVOT in business. So what did we do? We went directly to the funding institutions and asked the question, "What do the underwriters want to see to close the deal?" Not only did we get the answers (and we're giving them to you for free) but we got plugged in so we can plug you in!

Who We Are Not - We are not a lender.

We do not work for the lenders or for Dun & Bradstreet.

We are loan packaging experts for small businesses (from startups to $50 million in revenue).

We assist clients in the areas of Business Funding Consultation and Loan Packaging, Business Formation, Marketing, Branding, Business Analysis, and Building A Business Credit Profile.

We are here to offer you a roadmap and a plan to improve your chances of getting approved with various lending institutions. Loan packaging effectively narrates the story of the business through financial statements, detailed projections, and a thorough explanation of how the loan would be utilized. Getting help from our loan consultants means the difference between maintaining the status quo and having the needed funds for growth.

In addition to assisting with loan documents, the loan consultant shares valuable insight into specific underwriting practices. Let us help businesses seeking credit sidestep the most common pitfalls.

It is our vision and mission to educate, inspire and train business owners across the United States and within the local Las Vegas area where we are located by helping strengthen and invigorate the entrepreneurial mindset. We aim to become an essential network provider by connecting attendees of our workshops and annual conference as well as local clients to services to help them achieve their aspirations, infused with business knowledge and resources where they can learn from Industry Experts. We aim to offer the ultimate business building game plan for people who seriously want to ignite their business's growth no matter whether they build online or face to face.

BrandB Business & Financial Consulting aims to reduce the statistical failure among startup businesses, which represents 82% of small businesses that fail due to cash flow problems, by directly working to build client credit profiles that provide a complete financial resume and  roadmap to success for funding opportunities.

Most business startups rely on their own cash reserves to start and fund the business. They are unable to or have difficulty establishing business credit without having to become a personal guarantor for the business. Finally, most entrepreneurs don't understand how to build their business credit profile with vendors and trade references. A key job of any business owner or CEO is to understand revenue and cash flow and whether that will carry the company to a milestone that can lead to successful financing, or to a positive cash flow.

Our Niche is helping businesses and their owners understand the business credit basics, lingo, funding tiers, score matrix, credit reporting bureaus, and more. BrandB is perfect for new businesses as well as established businesses in the early stages of building a business credit profile. We offer many of the services needed to get a business fully operational as well as approved for funding with a qualified Paydex score and solid business credit profile which stands out in the crowd.

BrandB has hosted several workshops which include, Trucks In Traffic, What’s In Your Wallet, and our Build-A-Business vision class for local businesses virtually and in-person. Our annual BBENCE conference empowers and educates entrepreneurs on the importance of networking.

OUR ONLINE COURSE IS FREE!
