We have proudly joined the Aden Perry Hero Life Ring Initiative, honoring the bravery and legacy of Aden, who tragically lost his life in 2022 while attempting to save someone in need.
In partnership with Aden’s mom and community advocates, we installed a life-saving ring at the Pool & Tennis Center. This is a simple but powerful tool that can help prevent drowning and empower bystanders to save a life. This meaningful initiative stands as a reminder of Aden’s selflessness and ensures his heroic spirit works to protect others.

To help keep our neighborhoods safe and our streets easy to navigate, Cooper City’s Code of Ordinances requires that any vehicle parked on a roadway or swale must face the same direction as the flow of traffic. This ensures better visibility for drivers, reduces the risk of collisions, and allows our law enforcement and emergency vehicles to move safely through our community.
Please take a moment to double-check the direction of your vehicle when parking along the street. A violation of this requirement may result in a $100 fine, so staying mindful of this rule can save both money and prevent potential hazards.
