Have you been hearing "I can't find my water bottle!" 
or "I left my jacket at recess." lately??

If your student is missing any items, please check our lost and found area located outside the building in our bus loop. There is a covered bin and a table where items are placed. You can stop by anytime and locate your items.

FinalForms is the online platform we use to manage personal information, such as contact information, document uploads, student groups, etc. If you ever have a change, please start there. You manage your personal profiles for parents & students. 

Occasionally, you will receive automated email notifications through FinalForms. Please make sure to add 'mailman@finalforms.com' as an approved sender in your email. Any questions, email Veronica.Weaver@ihsd.us

Does your student require an early dismissal during the school day? If so, we ask you to do 2 things:

First step - in Pick Up Patrol, please mark the Dismissal Plan as 'Early Dismissal' and in the 'Notes' section please add these details: Time and reason for dismissal, who is picking up and if the student will be returning. This will notify the teacher of your plans.

Next step - please call the front office (513-272-4754) when you're at least 5 minutes away from the school with your early dismissal request. This helps us locate your student in their daily rotation in the building and have them ready when you arrive. Keep in mind they could be outside or in specials so it takes time for them to go to their classroom and pack up their things, if needed. Thank you!

*Important reminder - if your student will be returning, be sure to change your child's Default Plan back to the correct end of day plans.

*Kindergarten Families: Your child will need to be brought back to school for clubs and activities. Please communicate any after school plans with either KGS or Daycare.

Volunteers and Visitors at the Primary School

Beginning this school year, parents and guardians are welcome to bring younger siblings when attending school events held during school hours (i.e., parent meetings, classroom parties, Primary Praise, and 2nd Grade Send-Off) at Indian Hill Primary School.

To help maintain a safe and productive learning environment, this change does not apply to volunteer opportunities (i.e., classroom, lunchroom, library, field trips, Field Day) where only approved volunteers may attend. We kindly ask that younger siblings remain under the direct supervision of their parents or guardians at all times.

Reminder to ALL building visitors and volunteers: Please bring your ID with you! You will be signed into the Raptor System and a printed visitor badge will be given for you to wear in a visible location during your visit.

Lunchroom Volunteers

Volunteer Reminders: CLICK HERE to pick your slot.

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time and stay for your entire scheduled slot to ensure full coverage.

• Check-Out: Remember to check out in the front office before exiting the building.

• Siblings: To ensure safety and full focus on our students, siblings may not accompany volunteers.

• Cancellations: If your schedule changes, please remove your name from the sign-up as soon as possible so another parent can fill the spot.
