Deadline to reserve Branch/Issue Exhibit Tables and submit Tribute Videos/Photos has been extended to
July 1st
Exhibit Table
It's easy to reserve an Exhibit Table for your Branch or Issue Committee. Show everyone what you've been doing!
- Contact info (name, email, phone)
- Which branch or issue committee is reserving the table
- What size you need: full size (6' x 3') = $50, ½ size = $25
2. I will send you an invoice to pay for the table
- Pay by credit card through the invoice
- Or print the invoice and mail a check to: WILPF, PO Box 13075, Des Moines, IA 50310
3. Set up your table at Congress
- Bring a tablecloth (the tables have old plywood tops)
- Bring anything that showcases your work!
- Assign someone to setup and takedown the table
- Setup on Thur night 7/27 or Fri morning 7/28 before 9am
- Takedown is Sun 7/30 morning by noon

Tribute Video
It's easy to submit videos and photos for the Tribute Video! Send your own photo or video, something with your branch or a tribute to someone who exemplifies WILPF!
"I am WILPF. I Rise Up for (insert issue)." Or, just send a fun video of your WILPF friends, like the one below.
1. Where to send:
- Once you have created your VIDEO (no more than 10 secs please) or PHOTO, attach and send it to video.wilpf@gmail.com.
2. What to send:
- Attach your PHOTO or VIDEO with the SUBMISSION FORM, which can be found at this LINK with further detailed instructions.
3. When to send:
- Be sure to submit all by July 1st, so we have it in time to include in the final video!

P.S. Don't forget to register for Congress by
July 1st, if you need lodging. Registration for lodging WILL NOT BE extended, so register TODAY! If no lodging is needed, register by July 14th. Go
