SEO Poisoning: Think Before You Click!
Cybercriminals are increasingly using a tactic called "SEO Poisoning" to place fake or malicious websites near the top of search results. These sites often look legitimate and are designed to steal passwords, install malware, or capture sensitive information.
Unfortunately, this tactic is not limited to Microsoft 365 and similar platforms; scammers also commonly use SEO Poisoning with software downloads such as Adobe Acrobat, Zoom and many others - including platforms we use, such as NetXPro and AdviceWorks.
