Thanksgiving Holiday Office Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Admin Office, Maintenance Office, ARB & Sea Pines Community Center

• Wednesday, November 26: Closing at Noon
• Thursday, November 27: Closed
• Friday, November 28: Closed

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain open under normal hours of operation.

Commercial Vendor Holiday Access Restriction: Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on Thanksgiving Day (11/27) or the Day After Thanksgiving (11/28), with the exception that all waste management and recycling companies with valid Sea Pines CSA commercial decals/passes will be authorized to provide service on Friday, November 28th. For emergency access for service providers, please contact Sea Pines Security at 843.671.7170.

Community Center & Community Connections Center Closure Notice

Please note the following closures during the week of December 8th:

• The Sea Pines Community Center will be closed Tuesday, December 10 through Thursday, December 12. Standard operating hours will resume on Friday, December 13.
• The Community Connections Center (Sea Pines CSA Admin Building) will be closed from noon to 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 12 for staff development.

Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors Ballot Reminder

Vote-Now.com LLC, the independent elections administrator for Sea Pines CSA, offers the convenience of online voting. Board of Director Election Ballots were provided to members in good standing as of the October 1, 2025, date of record. On November 3, election ballots were sent from the email address elections@vote-now.com to the primary contact email on file with Sea Pines CSA. Paper ballots were mailed only to those primary contacts without an email address on record. All ballots must be received by 11:59 PM on December 1, 2025, to be counted.

2026 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment Notice

The 2026 Annual Assessment invoices were sent via email on November 24th from csaassessmentbilling@csaseapines.com to the primary contact listed with Sea Pines CSA. A copy will also be mailed through USPS. Please submit only one payment. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Due to high call volume, phone messages may take 2–3 business days to be returned. As a reminder, the Sea Pines CSA Admin Office will be closed Wednesday, November 26 at noon thru Friday, November 28 for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will reopen with regular business hours on Monday, December 1.

Greenwood Drive Lagoon Levels Update

In August, we lowered lagoon levels due to heavy rainfall coinciding with high tides. Throughout hurricane season, we maintained these low levels to maximize our capacity to absorb groundwater and retain potential stormwater runoff.

Following peak hurricane season, we began a critical stormwater gate replacement project. This work required keeping water levels low in certain areas so our contractors could safely access the gates. We're pleased to report that the gate replacement work on the Greenwood Drive system has been completed, and we have now begun reintroducing water back into the lagoons (pictured here: lagoon near Heritage Farm). Water levels will continue to improve with the forecasted rainfall, which is especially important for lagoons that are not tidal-fed and depend on fresh rainwater to maintain their levels.

Maintenance Projects & Services

Beachwalk #39 Stormwater Repair: The stormwater drainage pipe replacement and beachwalk repair project (pictured) at Beachwalk #39 is scheduled for completion this week.

Stormwater Maintenance: A drainage pipe repair on Ruddy Turnstone Road will continue through next week.

Stormwater Gate Repairs: Stormwater infrastructure improvements at 63 Baynard Cove Road began this week.

Sea Pines Drive Leisure Trail & Roadway Repairs

Beginning Monday, December 1, crews will conduct repairs to the Leisure Trail along South Sea Pines Drive (project map pictured) as well as asphalt roadway repairs along North and South Sea Pines Drive. Project work is expected to be completed on Friday, December 12, weather permitting. Motorists should expect delays and possible detours during this time.
