CALL UPDATES

Pastor Brett Ehlke, a pastor at St Paul’s in Onalaska, and his wife Lori, an art instructor at Luther High School have received calls to serve at Apostles Lutheran Church and School in San Jose, California. Pastor Ehlke is being asked to serve as an associate pastor and Lori is being asked to serve as a 1st grade teacher. We keep the Ehlke family in our prayers.

Jon Beilke and Brooke Berlin continue to consider serving at Luther High School. Jon has been called to serve as principal and Brooke has been called to serve as a Spanish and Geography teacher.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

If you are in need of financial assistance for the 2025-2026 school year at Luther High School, please consider applying through FACTS Grand & Aid Assessment. The application period is open until February 15, 2025. For more details, please click on the link.

FOREIGN EXCHANGE STUDENT PRESENTATION

Greenheart Exchange, a company based out of Winona, Minnesota, will give a presentation at Luther High School on Tuesday, January 28, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Attendees will learn about serving as a host family for a foreign exchange student.

SCHOOL CHOICE INFORMATIONAL MEETING

On Wednesday, January 29 from 6:00-6:30 p.m., Principal Phil Punzel will give a presentation on the Wisconsin School Choice Program. Attendees will learn about the application process. Luther High School participates in the Wisconsin School Choice Program and 9th grade is an entry point for the Choice program.

DRAMA DEPARTMENT

Are you interested in building or painting? Come help build and create the sets for this year's musical! Set building dates are Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. If you have any questions, please contact Miss Schmidt at schmemil@luther.k12.wi.us or Mr. Baures at baurgreg@luther.k12.wi.us.

JUNIOR KNIGHTS

Luther Junior Knights is a program that offers activities for elementary age children in the Luther High Association. Volleyball Registration is now open, through 1/31/25. Please go to www.lutherjuniorknights.com for more information and to register.
