United Airlines will begin the first direct flights from the US to Split, Croatia, in late April 2026, flying from Newark (EWR) three times a week during the summer season. These will be the only direct flights available between the two countries for that period.  

Split is my favorite destination in Croatia. I like it even more than Dubrovnik!  Culture, beaches, food, and island adventures
