2025 WHRC Annual Impact Report

Explore our 2025 Annual Impact Report and see how our statewide network worked together to advance affordable homeownership.

2025 was a year that tested nonprofits across the country and reminded us why this work matters.

Despite funding uncertainty and a shifting landscape, WHRC served more than 14,000 households, helped over 1,000 first-time buyers of color achieve homeownership, and helped pass landmark foreclosure protection legislation.

The full story is in the numbers, the policy wins, and the people behind them.
