Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is a professional engineering firm providing quality services that create opportunities for our clients through land and property enhancement. GTA was incorporated in 1985 and currently has 24 offices, including our newest locations in Pittsburgh, PA and Washington, DC. We provide services to commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, and energy clients; local, state, and federal government agencies; and architects, engineers, and contractors. With approximately 500 engineers, geologists, scientists, technicians, and support personnel, GTA focuses on geotechnical services such as subsurface exploration, geotechnical and foundation engineering, construction observation and materials testing, natural resource consulting, and environmental due diligence services from Phase I Environmental Site Assessments through management of remediation for contaminated water and soil.

Growing Together To Enhance Our Built Environment

Dan Buhler, Jr., who is a Senior Project Manager with GTA’s environmental department, is a resident of Sayreville, NJ and joined the Matawan-Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce back in April of this year. He is based out of GTA’s Somerset, NJ office location and has been with the company for nearly 4 years. Dan has over 15 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry and has worked on a wide variety of remediation projects. Dan obtained his Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) certification in December 2018, which is a vital component for being able to provide environmental investigation and remediation services in NJ.
