Highlight a dish, beverage, or tasting menu and donate part (or all) of the proceeds to BCHF.

RESERVATION BY DONATION

Charge a small fee for reservations

Donate $1 (or more) per room booking, ticket sale, or reservation.

GIFT CARDS FOR AUCTION

Donate gift cards or experiences valued up to $1,000 to be auctioned in support of BCHF.

Culinary Scholarships Applications close March 31, 2025

The Chef Nik Lim Scholarship was created to honour the memory of Chef Nik Lim. Nessa Van Bergen and Chef Dino Renaerts initiated the scholarship as a tribute to their colleague, One of the brightest lights on Vancouver’s culinary scene who passed away in July 2019 at a young age. This is ONE yearly scholarship in the amount of $2,000.

This $1,500 scholarship is open ONLY to BC pursuing culinary education in a BC Post Secondary Institution.

Whoever received this scholarship should have the same passion and work ethic as Greg King.

The $1,000 Legacy Scholarship was created by Gia’s family to honour her aspiration for Culinary Arts and her love for food. Gia’s family is extremely grateful for the opportunity to continue her legacy by honouring students in the Culinary Arts.

Many friends across the country and her best friend and husband, Brian, have honoured Chef Valerie Soon by creating a $1,000 culinary scholarship for young, under-privileged women who are passionate about cooking.
