Camp Davis is underway here at the Gordon JCC! Over 200 amazing kids are attending camp every week! The parking lot is a little busier from 7:45-9am and 3-4pm, during drop off and pickup, so bear with us while we work out the kinks.
If you're coming to the J to use the outdoor pool during these times, please enter through the Akiva entrance.
Check for extra staff and directional signage when you enter the lot.

Group Fitness Schedule Changes

Just a friendly reminder to please check the Group Fitness online schedule before you register for a class, and pay particular attention to dates noted on that schedule. Many of our amazing instructors are traveling this summer and classes may not be available.
Also note whether or not the class is available in our Setmore reservation system. If the class is not showing up, it has likely been canceled.

Lap Swimming Reservation Policy
Lap swimmers may make two (2) advanced lap lane reservations for the week, and one (1) advanced lap lane reservation for the weekend. Reservations are able to be made five days in advance. Additional lap lane reservations may be made for available open slots the night before or day of.

Parking Lot Paving
This Weekend, 6/19 - 6/20

We are moving onto the final phase of parking lot sealing and stripping this weekend! Parts of the parking lot will be closed off to complete this part of the project. A yellow barrier tape will be used to help identify areas that will be closed. Please do not walk past under or through the tape.

Summer Swim Lessons 

Are now available!

Our Red Cross Certified classes are the best way for your child to learn water safety. With summer starting this week, pool time is inevitable. Sign your kiddos up for lessons at the J and help them stay safe in the water. Our summer swim lesson schedule is up on our site! Three summer sessions are available, with weekday and Sunday classes for all level of swimmer.

The Gordon JCC is a non-smoking campus.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere, including the pool deck.

A few COVID-19 procedural updates
  • Fully vaccinated members are not required to wear a mask in the building. If you are unvaccinated, masks are REQUIRED in the public areas of the building.
  • Fitness Center hours on Monday through Thursday have been extended until 7:15 pm to allow more time during the last session. The gym and track will be open until 7 pm. 
  • The reservation system is still in place. Reserve your fitness or lap swimming spots, here.
