Critical Needs Referendum Information
  • Referendum ballot packages were mailed to eligible participating property owners on Friday, May 17th, 2019. Thank you if you have already returned your vote!

  • If you have not received your ballot package via mail, or need a replacement package, please contact CSA at referendum@csaseapines.com and our staff will be happy to assist you.
  • Please allow 4-5 business days from the date of request for your replacement package to be processed. A member of our staff will contact you directly when the package has been reissued.
  • To expedite your request, packages can be reissued via email.

The following positions are available commencing on January 1st, 2020 to serve on the CSA and ASPPPO Boards.

Three “Class A” Residential Directors – Community Services Associates (CSA) Board
Three Directors – Association of Sea Pines Plantation Property Owners (ASPPPO) Board

Important Election Dates
August 1, 2019: CSA and ASPPPO Board of Directors application deadline
August 5-9, 2019: Candidate interviews
August 12-16, 2019: Candidate interviews
August 30, 2019:  CSA and ASPPPO candidates announced
October 1, 2019: CSA and ASPPPO Applications by Petition deadline
November 1, 2019: CSA and ASPPPO ballots mailed
December 1, 2019: Ballots must be postmarked by December 1, 2019 to valid.

Your Maintenance Department at Work for You
With the recent downpours, our Maintenance staff worked through the weekend with crews of five.

  • Their work involved clearing catch basins and drainage pipes, removing trees, and addressing other issues to make the roads safe and prevent further damage.
  • There is still standing water in some areas; we ask for your patience while we work our way through the community.

Beach Boardwalk Repairs Scheduled

  • Repairs have begun to eleven (11) boardwalks that sustained storm-damage from Hurricane Matthew.
  • Boardwalks #22 and #23 are completed and open for use.
  • Currently working on Boardwalk #24.
  • Our contractor will be making repairs to #29 and #31 week of June 17. They should each take 1-2 weeks to complete, (weather permitting) with possible temporary closures.
  • Hours of work will be from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 
Landscaping near Carolina Place and Lake Forest

  • Our contractor will be executing landscaping during the week of June 10th in proximity to Carolina Place and Lake Forest.
  • There will be no road closures or detours.
  • The contractor will be working in the shoulder of the roadway 7 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Please use caution in this work zone.
