ECI Software Solutions Moves HQ To Glenstar’s The Terraces Near Dallas

In another strong example of right-sizing workplace needs and the flight to quality offices, ECI Software Solutions Inc. moved its corporate headquarters to The Terraces, a renovated eight-building office complex near Dallas owned by Taylor Johnson client Glenstar Properties. After team TJ spoke with the Glenstar property manager who oversaw the buildout of ECI’s 25,468-square-foot space and the tenant, who shared insights into why the firm made the move to The Terraces (hint: an uber-inviting environment for when employees come into the office), we knew media would be interested in the news. We reached out to several reporters with information about ECI’s lease transaction, as well insights on another new tenant to The Terraces – Weider Health and Fitness, which is relocating from California.
