Birth Fest Milwaukee is a FREE family event filled with education, support, and fun for anyone navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. With over 50 amazing exhibitors, interactive workshops, and kid-friendly activities, it’s the perfect place to connect, learn, and play.

Join us for our signature 30-minute play-based program featuring shaker eggs, silly songs, and joyful connection. It’s a great way to experience what Park Pals is all about — and we’d love to see some familiar faces and welcome new ones to our playful community.
