Glenmore's NO-SIGN Policy
With many homes throughout Glenmore currently undergoing roof replacements, we have seen an increase in roofing contractors placing business signs in residents' yards.
As a reminder, Glenmore has a no sign policy, which prohibits contractor, business, and promotional signs on residential properties. This policy applies to roofing contractors as well as other service providers, regardless of whether work is currently being performed at the home.
We kindly ask all residents who are having any work done at their home to inform their contractors of this policy and ensure that no signs are placed on their property. If a sign is placed in your yard, please remove it promptly.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping keep Glenmore beautiful!

School Bus Stops & Community Safety
The GCA has received concerns regarding school bus stop locations throughout Glenmore.
Please note that school bus stops are designated by Albemarle County Public Schools (ACPS), not the Glenmore Community Association (GCA).
As a reminder, please drive cautiously, observe posted speed limits, and remain alert for children walking to or waiting for buses, particularly in areas with limited visibility. Children and drivers should take extra care to ensure they can see and be seen.
Residents with concerns about bus stop locations or student transportation safety should contact Albemarle County Public Schools Transportation Services at (434) 973-5716 or visit the ACPS Transportation webpage.
