A Message from Headmaster Scott
Dear Archway Trivium Families,
Our Community Investment and Public School Tax Credit campaigns make it possible to provide a rich curriculum and character-building activities for all students at our academy.
I want to sincerely thank the families who have already chosen to partner with us by making a gift to Community Investment and taking their Tax Credit already this year.
If you have not yet given, please consider partnering with us this year through a monthly gift to Community Investment and by designating your Public School Tax Credit to our academy. Your generosity leaves a lasting impact on our students.
We are also pleased to share that we have randomly drawn one family from among all of our Community Investment donors last year to win a pair of VR googles donated by Trivium family business, Altered Combat. We will be offering the same opportunity again this year for everyone who sets up giving by May 2024 thanks to the continued generosity of Altered Combat. Congratulations to the Paris Family, and thank you to the Davis Family.
Heartily Devoted,
Clay Scott, Ed.D.

Academy Giving
Dear Trivium Families,
Over a decade ago, Dr. Annann Hong began serving our community in a fundraising capacity. In our humble beginnings, she worked diligently to help establish the cohesive community we enjoy today. Over the years, academy giving has grown more sophisticated and intricate. We are no longer a small, scrappy charter school working to maintain its existence. We are a large, well-established scrappy charter school offering a top-flight classical education to as many families as possible. That growth was largely possible through her influence and hard work.
Beginning on August 21, Dr. Hong will be taking a new position as an Archway music teacher. We have long enjoyed her talents in our semi-annual concerts, and she will now be able to share those talents daily. We look forward to the great work Dr. Hong will do in her new role.
We are currently taking applications for her successor as Family
Giving and Community Engagement Officer. This is a vital role in our academies and our preference would be to select that person from among our community. We will make an announcement as soon as that person is selected.
Headmaster Scott and Headmaster Schutten

Traffic Flow for Student Drop-off/Pick-up
Please carefully review the Archway Traffic Flow for Student Drop-off and Pick-up and reach out to the front office with any questions. Taking the time to understand these procedures will help to ensure the safety of our students/staff and a smooth traffic flow.
General Reminders:
-
Morning Drop-off is from 7:20-7:47 AM. Parents who wish to drop-off earlier must enroll in Early Drop-off Club.
-
Parents in the drop-off/pick-up zone must remain in their vehicle. Faculty will assist students exiting their vehicles, however, faculty are not allowed to assist students with car seats, so parents are highly encouraged to practice prior to the start of the year so that students are able to do that independently.
- Please have your GREEN or ORANGE pick-up card clearly displayed on your dashboard during pick-up to help keep our process running smoothly. Pick-up cards will be handed out at Meet the Teacher in your oldest Archway child's classroom.
- Due to limited parking, there will be NO walk-up option for student drop-off/pick-up at this time.
-
Parents with both Archway and Prep students: There is NO Archway drop-off/pick-up on the Prep side of campus. You must use the Archway Traffic Lanes to pick up your Archway/Prep students. Please review the pick-up procedure with your Trivium Prep students emphasizing the importance of arriving to the Archway Pick-up/Drop-off Zone promptly after school to be ready to load into your vehicle.
-
Parents picking up Archway and Middle School Students, DO NOT arrive to campus before 3:15 PM. You may not wait for your middle school student in the Archway Pick-up Line if arriving before this time.

New Lunch Delivery Policy | |
Effective this year, the front office will no longer accept food deliveries for students from restaurants/third-party vendors (ex. Jimmy John's, Door Dash, etc.).
Students should bring a lunch from home or order ahead from our PSO-sponsored lunch program My Hot Lunchbox. If a student forgets lunch, a parent may bring it to the lunch cart in the front office before 10am and the student will be notified. For lunches arriving after 10am, it is the student's responsibility to collect it from the office during their lunch period or after-school. Class time will not be interrupted for lunch delivery.

School Messenger Communication
Great Hearts and Archway Trivium continue to utilize the system School Messenger for emails, robo-calls, and text messaging to inform families of campus related academy emergencies and other communications. SchoolMessenger has a new automatic opt-in for text feature. During the registration/re-enrollment process families confirmed their wish to participate in text communications. Great Hearts will now automatically opt in contact information given during the registration/re-enrollment process with the options you selected. You will notice at the beginning of July you will be opted in for text messaging. If you would like to opt out of text messages simply reply STOP to the text from 67585. You can also enter the code 67585 with the message STOP to block any text messaging. Please note, if opting out, you will not receive texts regarding emergencies on campus.
Email Communications
If you know of parents who are not receiving these communications, please ask them to check their junk/promotions email folders, and then email bmcdonald@archwaytrivium.org for assistance.
You can also find ALL school-wide communications on our website on the Latest News page.
