I love this scripture: “Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!” Isaiah 6:8.
For the last 45 years, it seems like my “default setting” has been “Here I am Lord. Send me!” Every time He asks, I say, “Yes,” and I go. And I do it joyfully.
In Romans 10:14-15, the apostle Paul challenges believers with four straightforward questions;
“How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed?
How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard?
And how will they hear without a preacher?
How will they [the sent ones, the missionaries] preach unless they are sent?”
It’s not a rhetorical question, and we know the answer. Jesus commanded the church to go into all the world and make disciples.
But the question remains, “How will they go and preach unless they are sent?”
At the beginning of the year I set myself apart to seek God for direction. He answered and I have some exciting news regarding Rich Harvest International and our ministry among the Cabécar Nation, Costa Rica in 2024.
