The Room will open 15 minutes before the meeting starts. We begin with setting up the reading list. [When we read, the person who reads a paragraph is the first to share, followed by anyone else who wants to share.]
After the list is made, we have a guided relaxation leading into a 2-minute Meditation to quiet our minds and open our hearts.
This is a time of sharing, and not debating or analyzing what we are learning. We open our minds to the Christ within and remember what we already know.
