Ashton Gray is pleased to announce being featured in the Austin Business Journal for our Mixed-Use Development, Hudson Park located in Georgetown, Texas. This development will have a 15-acre multifamily site and 10.8-acres in commercial reserves while Brightland Homes will be building 300 homes in the residential portion.

Hudson Park will rise on about 122 acres along Williamson County's Ronald Reagan Boulevard.

AREA H-E-B ANNOUNCEMENT

H-E-B Grocery Store, Fuel Center and Car Wash is coming to North Georgetown to Anchor the New Area Communities

The 110,000-square foot store is set to break ground within 60 days and open by late summer 2025. Located on the northeast corner of Ronald Reagan Boulevard and RR 233. The store will be the farthest north of three other Georgetown H-E-Bs.

In addition to H-E-B, the shopping center will have two multitenant buildings and five pad sites, which could bring up to 25 new businesses to the area.
