Afriware Books, Co is honored to be included in Oak Park Public Library's (OPPL's) Summer "The Storyline" brochure, page 10. Thank you Juanta Griffin and Tatiana Swancy for honoring Black women business owners who were in Oak Park at one time. We've partnered with OPPL for various events over the years, especially when we were located there 1994-2006. Read more about our history in Oak Park in our blog post, "Black Tourism in Oak Park."

We enjoyed speaking with our esteemed panelists for the book launch of "Lift Every Voice." Check it out here.

See you after the Juneteenth parade! We'll have a table at the event with red, black and green car flags, wrist bands, and OF COURSE BOOKS !
